Hi, I’m Elisa Scherzinger, and my journey as a nurse and educator has been driven by a deep passion for empowering others to take control of their safety and well-being. To empower individuals to choose to step in and save lives when it counts. I have seen the devastation of hesitation and inaction. Hundreds of thousands of lives are lost worldwide each year due to preventable deaths. With over 26 years of hands-on medical experience both in the United States and developing countries, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in various clinical settings, from emergency rooms to nursing management. But over time, I realized my calling was not just to treat injuries after they happened, but to help prevent them from occurring in the first place.
That’s why I founded The Rite Stuff. I believe that safety isn’t just about having the right tools—it’s about creating a culture of preparedness and awareness, both in the workplace and at home. My “why” is simple: to help individuals and businesses navigate the often-overwhelming world of safety regulations, first aid training, and emergency preparedness so they can respond with confidence when it matters most.
